When you place an order on Rigel.is, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Seller Information

The owner of Rigel.is is X2 ehf, company registration number 690520-0870, VAT number 138075. The company specialises in importing and selling various products. X2 ehf reserves the right to cancel orders, for example, due to incorrect pricing information. We reserve the right to confirm orders by various methods, such as by phone, email, or message.

Payment for Orders

Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or Netgíró.

If payment is not made within 24 hours of placing the order, the order will be cancelled, and the item will be returned to stock.

Pricing

Prices in the online store are listed with VAT included. All prices are subject to misprints.

Delivery

We ship all our products with Dropp or Pósturinn, offering domestic delivery only. Our goal is to process all orders within 2 business days. Pósturinn takes 2-4 business days for delivery, while Dropp delivers within 1-2 days. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address at the time of ordering.

Returns and Exchanges

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and receive a refund within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act No. 16/2016. The product must be unused and in its original condition. The buyer bears all costs associated with returning an item. An email must be sent to rigel@rigel.is before returning a product. If a product is defective, we ask the buyer to contact rigel@rigel.is so that we can resolve the matter together. A replacement product or a refund will be offered upon request.

Sale Items

All sales on discounted items are final. Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Privacy

The seller assures the buyer of complete confidentiality regarding all information provided in relation to the transaction. Information will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Icelandic law. Any dispute arising from it shall be heard by the District Court of Reykjavík.
